Peanut Chutney Powder


  • 1 cup peanuts

  • 4-5 dry chillies or 1-2 tsp chilli powder (or as needed)

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 3 pods of garlic

  • Salt as needed

  • Few curry leaves

  • 1 tsp oil


  • In a thick-bottomed pan, dry roast peanuts and cool. Once cooled peel off the skin

  • In the same pan, roast the curry leaves until crispy, then roast cumin seeds and garlic

  • Once everything cools down, grind all the items

  • Store the powder in an airtight jar
