Peanut Chutney Powder
Ingredients:
1 cup peanuts
4-5 dry chillies or 1-2 tsp chilli powder (or as needed)
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 pods of garlic
Salt as needed
Few curry leaves
1 tsp oil
Preparation:
In a thick-bottomed pan, dry roast peanuts and cool. Once cooled peel off the skin
In the same pan, roast the curry leaves until crispy, then roast cumin seeds and garlic
Once everything cools down, grind all the items
Store the powder in an airtight jar
